A Study in Suburban Perfection - or just The Perfect Day

Good evening once more. It has been a well-occupied day, I must admit.
Got myself to the library where I had no work to do - initially - but then I thought about tidying up book, using my initiative and such. That made me pretty hungry, which was just as well because I planned to get me a cream tea in the Tudor Rose Tea Rooms on the Barbican. A bit expensive - £10.70 of expensive - but when you consider it's homemade scones (you could tell because they were a little misshapen) and a ploughman's roll, it was worth it. SO tasty! I needed a good long walk after that so I walked all the way out to Laira Bridge which crosses the River Plym (eh, so is that why it's called Plymouth? haha). Saw a small boat wreck which
was unexpected. Upon reaching the other side, however, I felt it might be best to turn back home (this was around 3pm) but I ended up walking a little out of my way in the process, finding a park which I could only describe as looking like a picture of suburban perfection, all green grass and trees, a swing set play area, buggies and picnics. I wrote a short poem about it too which I'll post over on my literature blog.
It wasn't a bad day weather-wise either, heck, I needed sun lotion, but it was damn windy (not too chilly, mind).
Once back in my room, I spent a little while cooling off, doing some colouring, then wasted away another hour before getting food.
I've got another 2 hours before it's time to head out to the SU's final Detention Alt Night of the term, so I'll spend that on YouTube or something. But it's going to be a fun (hopefully) end to the day - and I WON'T get stupid drunk, I'll be paying for myself after all.
