It's another new week! Closer to the end of year one, closer to going home for the summer, also closer to this scary deadline....But now, with most of the week's reading out of the way, I can begin to tackle essay plans and research. I've roughly decided what my essays will be on (Freud/psychoanalysis for critical theory definitely, with Barthes/Authorial Intent or Feminism as my second; Sensibility as a definite for Writing the Modern World). Time to get my game face on it would seem.
As for myself, my mood is still kicking me - as it will after such an horrendous blunder - but I went for the Rock Soc meal at the Fortescue yesterday and, while a little awkward because I didn't know anyone massively well, it was enjoyable food and a walk in the sun. Hopefully the weather will stay cheery for awhile now.
